Can I stay in the room?
Yes. Parents are welcome back for every visit, at every age, the whole time, and every treatment room has a parent chair beside the dental chair. The one exception is IV sedation: you stay until your child is asleep and we bring you back before they wake up. Teens 13 and up can choose to go back on their own, and we call you in for the talk at the end.
Read the parent-in-room policy →What ages do you see?
From the first tooth or first birthday, whichever comes first, through age 17. Patients with special needs can stay through age 21. Around 16 we start talking about moving on, and we help you pick a family dentist.

We stop. We never hold a child down for a checkup. We rebook in two weeks and try again.

$145 self-pay for the exam, cleaning, fluoride and x-rays if needed. We file with most PPO dental plans and accept Louisiana Medicaid for children.
